This place is awesome! Really friendly service, and the rooms are charming and well maintained. We went on the off season (literally the day after the season was over), and got a discount for both that and for going on a weekday. The pool is a really nice place to hang out, and the surrounding neighborhood is gorgeous (think Better Homes & Gardens x Martha Stewart). The location is great - just one short block from the beach, so it is really convenient to just grab your stuff and go. These guys have really thought about every detail and creature comfort, from wine openers to fresh fruit-infused water, beach towels and chairs! Also, the breakfast is absolutely delicious, and they brew REALLY good coffee (better than a lot of restaurants)! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone - particularly for a couple's getaway. Can't wait to go back! :)

They talk a good game prior to arrival, but as soon we arrived, we were treated as the red headed step children who are kept in the basement. We stayed in the Carriage House, which was disappointing to say the least. Better furnishings, as well as kitchen items can be found curbside than what was provided at the Carriage House. The bathroom sink was missing the stopper, and the same long hairs were stuck on the bathroom wall from the minute we got there until the minute we left. Never again. Your money is better spent elsewhere. Wi-fi was advertised, but no such thing existed, at all. It is a block away from the beach, and across the street from The Parker house. The Parker House becomes very noisy at nighttime, and the police presence outside is somewhat unsettling.

Very very cool place found right at the beach cool pool ,bikes, Beach passes, Beach chairs, Beach Cruisers(cool bikes) a bit pricy but amazing service def be back. Quiet clean room with an amazing balcony I stayed on room 14

Great location! One block from the beach. Across the street from Parker House. The staff is wonderful. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Breakfast is a total treat! Beach passes, chairs and towels are all included, which is great for those traveling (esp via train). The pool is a great alternative to the beach. Clean and quiet. The cabana (with shower and bathroom) is great for those who get into town early and/or leave late in the day. Rooms are well kept with a great beach/lighthouse theme. We will definitely be returning to the Beacon House Inn.

The best Bed & Breakfast in the area. Extremely professional and accommodating staff. Clean, great breakfast with all amenities included, perfect for the NY commuter. A quick walk to the beach with free beach tags or lounge at the crystal clear pool. Right across the street from The Parker House, with free entry. Worth every penny!!
